The Knowledge Circle is a carefully developed resource that aims to train high-school students in the art of peer mentoring. Consisting of 8 chapters that cover aspects such as confidence-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, the Handbook seeks to train high school students to volunteer as mentors for girl students from underserved schools and backgrounds. Through an in-depth exploration of the different roles and responsibilities of mentors, the Handbook offers a comprehensive framework to the volunteers so that they are able to take up the mantle of serving as effective mentors who can create a supportive ecosystem for their mentees towards ensuring their holistic growth.
