Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi-based NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized communities, helping them establish their identity with dignity and self-sufficiency. The organization offers opportunities to underserved individuals and provides student internships to encourage community service and create a lasting impact. Through various initiatives in education, skill development, and social causes, Hamari Pahchan works towards building a self-reliant society. Its focus areas include education, elderly welfare, menstrual health, animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and addressing unemployment and hunger. Since 2015, the NGO has impacted over 22,500 children, empowered more than 4,000 women, distributed over 20,000 menstrual hygiene kits, and provided 50,000+ meals to those in need.
